The challenge

GTreasury was integrating CashAnalytics' forecasting solution into their ecosystem, bringing adjacent product capabilities to their target customer profile. The initial ask for Dina Levitan, Holly Hester-Reilly, and Product Science Group was a straightforward gap analysis between the two products.

The work

We went beyond the gap analysis and built the full integration strategy. Four things drove the engagement:

  • Comprehensive system analysis across both GTreasury and CashAnalytics, digging into functionality and limitations end to end.
  • Stakeholder and user interviews across both companies, plus their customers, to ground the strategy in real needs rather than assumption.
  • Evidence-based recommendations that combined the quantitative analysis with the interview data into one integration story.
  • Objective decision-making where the data and the customer insights drove the path forward, not organizational politics.
